5 minute spicy chorizo queso

- 2 cups grated pepper jack
- 4 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 kumatos, chopped (can use regular tomatoes too)
- 1/3 large yellow onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 2 links of chorizo sausage, casing removed, browned and broken into small pieces
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- milk to thin queso to desired consistency
- Arrange all ingredients, except cilantro and milk, in separate piles in a 12 inch frying pan.
- Heat on low for about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir everything together, heat until melted through, about another minute.
- Garnish with cilantro and thin with milk if necessary.
- Serve with chips.
