5 minute spicy chorizo queso

Did someone say queso? With chorizo? Who doesn’t love a bowl of cheesy, creamy, spicy queso, especially in the fall. Think of football Saturdays! You must have this in front of your tv cheering on your favorite team. We make queso ALL THE TIME. Our entire family would eat queso everyday if we made it. It took us a while to perfect this recipe, and it is the best – full of just the right amount of veggies and spicy chorizo. It is almost a meal in itself. Double the recipe.
