buffalo chicken flautas with ranch dressing and chunky guacamole

- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce ( I like Frank’s RedHot Sauce)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup green onions, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheese, cheddar or monterey jack work really well
- 14 tortillas, approx 6 inches in size
- Avocado or olive oil spray
- Combine buffalo sauce, yogurt, salt and green onions in medium bowl. Mix well. Add chicken, mixing well to combine. Fold in cheese.
- Assemble flautas by spooning approximately 2-3 tablespoons of filling onto each tortilla. Roll tightly
- Air Fryer method: Spray flautas lightly with avocado oil. Place in air fryer basket and cook at 400 for 7 minutes
- Oven method: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with avocado oil and place flautas on sheet. Spray flautas lightly with avocado oil. Bake 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with ranch dressing and guacamole.
