chocolate lover’s granola

Ingredients

 

  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2 ½ cups slivered almonds
  • ¾ cup walnut halves
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon fine grain sea salt
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix oats, almonds, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Mix honey, coconut oil, vanilla.
  4. Combine and stir thoroughly
  5. Spread in 10×15 pan.
  6. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, cool, add chocolate
  8. Keeps in an airtight container for one week.
