Ingredients
- 4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 ½ cups slivered almonds
- ¾ cup walnut halves
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon fine grain sea salt
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix oats, almonds, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Mix honey, coconut oil, vanilla.
- Combine and stir thoroughly
- Spread in 10×15 pan.
- Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool, add chocolate
- Keeps in an airtight container for one week.
