one bowl chocolate-chunk pumpkin bread

- 1 ½ cups flour + 1 T for chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 ½ cups applesauce
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks (or chips)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and applesauce in bowl.
- Add flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt.
- Toss 1 ¼ cups chocolate chunks in flour.
- Fold into batter.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Press remaining ¼ cup of chocolate chunks into batter
- Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins.
