Who doesn’t love a good smoothie? Smoothies can be an instant pick-me-up and sometimes midday, we will opt for a large fresh smoothie over a meal. We personally like to keep our smoothies very simple. It’s difficult for us to keep a wide variety of ingredients on hand, and we like to use as many fresh ingredients as possible. That is exactly why we love the simplicity of this smoothie. There are some great looking blueberries in the stores right now, so we whipped up a batch of these over the weekend. Just four ingredients and you’re done. Enjoy!

- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1 avocado
- blueberries, pomegranate, fresh mint for garnish
