Ok, now that the Super Bowl is over, we need to focus on Valentine’s Day. However you are celebrating, we have a drink for you. This Grape Galentine’s Day Spritzer is a sweet way to celebrate the day! These drinks are really fun because because we make my own flavored vodka for them, and it is so good!
Have you ever made flavored vodka before? It is very easy! We love jolly ranchers and have used them to flavor vodka for specialty drinks. Simply get a dozen or so of your desired jolly rancher flavor (cherry, grape, watermelon, apple) and put them in 1 cup of vodka in an airtight flask. We used these Bormioli flasks from Target. After you mix the candy with the vodka, shake it up and let the candy dissolve. It takes several hours, so you will need to plan ahead for this, but it is soooo worth it, trust us. Although, if you are in pinch for time, you can always purchase cherry and grape flavored vodka. This galentine’s day spritzer is sweet bubbly grape perfection! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Grape vodka
- 1 cup Rose, chilled
- ½ cup club soda, chilled

- Combine ingredients in pitcher

Notes
To make your own grape vodka: place 10-12 grape hard candies (I used jolly ranchers) in air tight container. Pour one cup vodka over candy. Shake well. Let candy dissolve, shaking every hour or so. It should be fully dissolved in 6-8 hours.
