green goddess juice

Juicing? At home? We admit, the thought of a juicer did not sound appealing at first, and we stuck to buying fresh juice at the local juice bars that popped up all over town.

But, as soon as we saw Breville’s Compact Juice Fountain, our curiosity got the best of us (it always does!). We succumbed to the juicing craze, and we started juicing and sharing our juice with everyone we love. There is really nothing quite as refreshing as a glass of freshly juiced greens and fruit. It took us a while to settle on the perfect blend of fresh green goodness. Our favorite ingredient – parsley!! It adds a dimension to the juice that we just can’t explain, but we love it and you must try it!

We call this green goddess juice because we literally feel like a goddess after we  drink it!

The great thing about this recipe is that there are not many ingredients and all of the ingredients are readily available. This is key because juicing many different items is cumbersome, and it is time-consuming to make juice for a crowd! We tried until we finally found the perfect balance of greens and fruit in the following simple recipe that everyone loves. It’s refreshing, slightly sweet, and a great way to get your greens!
