We LOVE a new food trend. The feta pasta trend caught our eye because it has many of our favorite ingredients, so we had to try it. It is SO easy. We all loved it! But we acutally added our own twist – we subbed cooked shrimp for the pasta! It was a game changer!!
Printbaked feta shrimp

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups mixed grape tomatoes
- 1 block of feta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1.5 lbs raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Drizzle 3 T olive oil in pan. Add grape tomatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper over tomatoes. Mix well,
- Place block of feta cheese in center of tomatoes. Drizzle remaining T of olive oil over feta. Sprinkle red pepper onto feta.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- While cheese and tomato mixture is cooking, boil water in large stockpot. When water is boiling, add shrimp. Cook until pink and floating on top, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- When cheese/tomato mixture is done, remove from oven and stir to combine. Add shrimp. Serve immediately.
