They are great to bring to a party or picnic, keep for days in the refrigerator or several months in the freezer!

Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 1/3 cup toasted coconut
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup ground flax seed
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
- Add honey and peanut butter.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Form into tablespoon sized balls.
- Store in refrigerator for several days or freezer for several months.
