This recipe is a twist on my original chocolate granola recipe, and we usually make this around the holidays! We swapped out the chocolate for dried cranberries. The sweet tang of the cranberries turns this granola into a perfect fall treat. It is also extremely festive during the holiday season.

Ingredients
- 4 cups oats
- 2 1/2 cups silvered almonds
- 3/4 cup walnut halves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix oats, almonds, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Mix honey, coconut oil and vanilla.
- Combine wet with dry and stir thoroughly.
- Spread in 10×15 pan.
- Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool.
- Stir in cranberries.
