Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups of flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 2 cups grated zucchini (about 1 medium zucchini)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Mix butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Combine dry with wet in several additions. Mix well.
- Add buttermilk and mix well. Fold in zucchini and chocolate chunks.
- Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
