We love a good cookie. We are always baking something. These cookies are really special, are so fun and easy to make with ingredients you can always keep around. You melt everything together on the stove top and then wrap the batter around the caramel pieces and bake. The result – fudgy perfection with a hint of caramel and sea salt. They keep for several days in an airtight container. AND (added bonus), we actually like them better the second day – they are just fudgier and chewier. Pair them with a big glass of milk or your favorite coffee! These really are next level because of the caramel and sea salt. Think gooey, chocolatey batter wrapped around caramel pieces and sprinkled with a smidge of sea salt caramel flakes. They are perfect to send to that special someone. So make a batch for you and one to send to someone!
