Visiting cider mills is one of our favorite Fall activities. We always grab a gallon to go so we can make a cozy cocktail on a cool Fall evening. This cocktail is wonderful and can be served warm or over ice, whatever you are feeling in the moment! For the warm version, simply skip the ice and heat the cider on your stove top or in the microwave. Then make sure the ginger beer is room temperature. Ginger beer, which has no alcohol in it, has become one of our favorite mix-ins for cocktails. The spicy, ginger flavor is more pronounced than ginger ale so it adds more bang to your drinks!

Ingredients
- 8 oz apple cider
- 8 oz ginger beer
- 4 oz whiskey
- 1 sliced apple (any variety)
- cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in cocktail shaker.
- Pour over ice.
- Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
- Enjoy!
