old fashioned spritz cookies

desserts

These cookies taste like so many memories for us: childhood, Christmas, baking with family, visiting grandparents.  We first came across these delicious morsels when we purchased a FUN GUN (which is now known as a cookie press). We called them Fun Gun cookies, and we LOVED making these cookies! We used to make them with orange extract. But now, we make them with orange or vanilla extract, depending on our mood at the time! These are delicate, bite-sized, perfectly sweet cookies with a hint of cream cheese, and they are addicting! Invest in a cookie press like this one from Wilton.
